Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation Cardiac Rehabilitation at Cape Regional Medical Center is a medically supervised program to enable heart patients to recover quickly and improve their overall physical, mental and social functioning. The goals of a patient's cardiac rehabilitation are to decrease blood pressure, body fat and heart rate and increase energy, endurance and the patient's overall understanding of herat disease.
Both cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients at a Cape Regional Medical Center receive support from staff and fellow patients, gaining self-confidence and a commitment toward a healthier lifestyle. .
