COVID-19 Vaccination Guidance
Cape Regional Health System is presently vaccinating frontline team members employed at Cape Regional Health Systems and our affiliates.
We are not offering vaccinations in our primary care, specialty care or urgent care facilities to our patients or the public.
As of December 15, 2020, the NJ Department of Health issued guidance regarding how the vaccine will be distributed in New Jersey. Category 1A is presently underway and includes paid and unpaid persons serving in healthcare settings who have the potential for direct or indirect exposure to patients or infectious materials and long term care residents and staff.
Where are the vaccination locations for eligible recipients?
COVID-19 vaccines are now available in New Jersey for certain qualified recipients, including healthcare workers, residents and staff of long-term and congregate care facilities, sworn law enforcement, fire professionals, and other first responders, individuals over 65, and individuals 16-54 with certain medical conditions as defined by the CDC.
