Access Telemedicine Services During COVID19 Crisis

We hope that you are taking every precaution to keep yourself and your family healthy during this unprecedented event.    

Cape Regional Health System is actively utilizing Cape Regional OnDemand Telemedicine Services to care for our community and keep our patients in touch with our physicians.

Please follow the instructions below to access telemedicine services:

  1. To learn more about Cape Regional OnDemand, click HERE.
  2. Please visit or download the app to your mobile device from the IOS App Store or Google Play.
  3. Set up an account 
  4. Once your account is set up, you may request an urgent appointment or call 609.463.CAPE to schedule a telemedicine visit with your physician or advanced practice provider.
  5. Watch our TUTORIAL, if you need help with the set up and registration process. 

While Telemedicine may not be appropriate for all services, we are recommending that this should be your initial step in seeking non-emergency healthcare during this period.
