Dr. McElroy is a member of the Envision Health Anesthesia Group which provides anesthesia and pain management at Cape Regional Health System. Dr. McElroy received his medical degree from St. George University School of Medicine, graduating Magna Cum Laude followed by an internship in internal medicine at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY. He completed a residency and served as Chief Resident for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Stony Brook University/St. Charles Hospital, Port Jefferson, NY. Dr. McElroy’s fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management was completed at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE, NJ – Cape Regional Foundation has announced a $3 million lead gift from the Larry L. Luing Family Foundation for Cape Regional Medical Center’s next expansion project. Kevin, Randy, Timothy, and Brian Luing notified Cape Regional of the family’s intent to make the gift in memory of their father, Larry L. Luing, through the family foundation which Larry established in 1998. In recognition of this generous gift, Cape Regional Health System will name the Emergency Department the “Larry L. Luing Emergency Department.”

This generous gift has been made in memory of his late wife, Claire C. Brodesser. In recognition of this generous gift, Cape Regional will name the new center the “Claire C. Brodesser Surgery Center.” Construction on the new center began in late spring, 2019 and will be completed next summer, 2020.
