Free Blood Pressure Screening
Cape Regional Health System will offer free blood pressure screenings from 9 a.m. to noon, on Fridays, January 4 and 18 in the Outpatient South Lobby. Call 609-463-4043 for more information.
AA Support Groups
AA Support Group meets Sundays, at 10 am January 6, 13, 20, 27 in Classrooms A & B. The AA Support Group meets Mondays, January 7, 14, 21, 28 at 7 pm in Conference Rooms 3 & 4. AA meets Wednesdays, January 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 in Rooms 3 & 4 at 8:30 p.m. New members are welcome. Please call 609-463-4043 for more information.

Al Anon Support Group meets Sundays, January 6, 13, 20, 27 at 10 am in Conference room 5.

Grief Support Group
Cape Regional Health System’s Grief Support Group will meet on Wednesdays, January 2 and 16, at 3 pm in the Maruchi Room. New members are welcome. Call 609-463-4043 for more information.
Diabetes Management Series
This is a comprehensive 8 hour program on diabetes management techniques, including Education, Meal Planning, Medications, Exercise and Blood-Glucose Monitoring. This class series will be held at the Medical Center on Tuesdays, January 8, 15, 22, 29 in Classrooms A & B. Fee and registration – please call Florence Smith at 609-463-2547.
Diabetic Support Group
This is a support group with changing diabetes related topics. This meeting is Thursday, January 10th at 2 pm in classrooms A & B.
CPR certification will be offered at Cape Regional Medical Center on Saturday, January 12th from 9am – 2pm in Classrooms A & B. The fee is $80 which includes manual; $65 without a manual. Pre-registration is required. Please call 609-463-4043.

Breast Cancer Support Group
This is a support group for those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, those who are survivors of breast cancer and their families. The group will meet in the Maruchi Room at Cape Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, January 8th at 2pm.
Prostate Cancer Support Group
This is a group meeting in Cape May County to provide education and support for both newly diagnosed as well as treated prostate cancer survivors. This group will meet on Tuesday, January 8th at 7:30pm in the Maruchi Room at Cape Regional Medical Center. Please call 609-463-4043 for more information.
Bariatric Support Group
The Bariatric support group will meet on Wednesday, January 2nd for those seeking information for bariatric surgery. The meeting will be held at 223 N. Main Street in Cape May Court House at 6:30pm. New members are welcome. For more information, please call 609-463-1488.
Narcotics Anonymous (NA)
This group will meet at Cape Regional Medical Center on Fridays, January 4, 11, 18, and 25 at 7pm in Conference Rooms 3 & 4.
Heart Support Group (NEW)
This is a meeting for anyone with heart problems. Family members are welcome. The group will meet on Thursday, January 24th from 3 – 4pm in the Maruchi room, Cape Regional Medical Center. Please call 609-463-4043 for more information.
Safe Sitter Certification
This certification is for 11 year olds and older to gain confidence for babysitting. The course is $45 and pre-registration is required. Please call 609-463-4043. The next class will be Saturday, January 26th from 9am – 4pm in classrooms A & B.
