Volunteers: Making a Difference in the Lives of Others
By contributing volunteer service at Cape Regional Medical Center, you can make a significant difference in the lives of so many people! There are a variety of interesting volunteer assignments at the Medical Center campus as well as opportunities for service in our Early Education Center and Et Cetera (thrift) Shops. You can have the option of choosing a shift during the morning, afternoon or evening on weekdays or weekends. We will work with you to explore an assignment in an area that peaks your interest, utilizes your skills and accommodates your schedule. Our teen volunteers (minimum age 14 years) provide vital reception desk assistance on weekends and may choose to participate in our Summer Greeter Program which provides our visitors and outpatients with a friendly accompaniment to their destinations within the hospital; the volunteer team of retirees bring a wealth of life experience and knowledge to their various assignments.
