Denise M. Chiolo, SPHR, SHRM-SCP Welcomed as Director of Human Resources at Cape Regional Health System

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Cape Regional Health System has announced the appointment of Denise Chiolo as Director of Human Resources. Denise previously worked for Community Health Systems and Phoenixville Hospital for over 16 years where she held positions of increasing complexity and responsibility - providing overall HR leadership to the hospital, outpatient facilities, and physician practice network.
Denise graduated from Wilmington University, New Castle, DE with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management. She is also a certified Senior Human Resources Professional through the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society of Human Resource Management.
“Denise is an experienced leader who brings a wealth of experience and human resource management expertise in senior level roles in the hospital and healthcare industry,” stated Byron Hunter, Vice President of Human Resources. “We are pleased to welcome Denise to the Cape Regional Leadership Team.”
As Director of Human Resources, Denise will provide overall human resources leadership for Cape Regional Health System, including Cape Regional Medical Center, Cape Regional Physicians Associates, and all outpatient ambulatory services. Originally from Philadelphia, Denise vacationed at the Jersey Shore for many years and now resides in Wildwood Crest, NJ.
