Cape Regional Health System is keeping you safe. We are pleased to provide the following updates regarding our physician offices and ambulatory services operations.
To ensure the safety of our staff and patients, we continuously monitor the information from local, state and federal authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure that we can safely see our patients.
These protocols have been implemented to provide you the confidence you need to return to our facilities and receive the care you need to maintain optimum health. The following processes are currently in place:
Your Visit
Members of your healthcare team will ask screening questions when scheduling your visits and services to ensure the care is provided in the most appropriate manner. The screening process will be repeated at the time of your visit in an effort to keep our patients and staff safe.
A medical mask, covering both the nose and mouth, is required when entering any of our facilities. Due to updated CDC guidance, cloth masks are no longer permitted. If you do not have one, we will provide one. You will also be required to sanitize your hands upon arrival.
We are following CDC recommendations regarding thorough cleaning of the care environment.
We have installed protection panels at the front desk stations in each office to help maintain physical separation during the registration process. Waiting rooms have been reconfigured, and remote check-in/waiting will be available if requested.
Visitors are presently not permitted. Please come to the appointment by yourself. If you do need assistance, visitors are restricted to no more than one support person to accompany you to the appointment. Please call the office if you have any questions or concerns.
Cape Regional Health System, at this time, is not offering vaccinations in our urgent care facilities.
By appointment, Cape Regional Physicians Associates is offering vaccination for current patients. Please call 609.463.CAPE for more information.
