Biography
Dr. Benedetto is a graduate of the New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine, and has been practicing general surgery since 1989. He completed his internship and residency at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Stratford, New Jersey and is board certified in general surgery.
Dr. Benedetto joins us from Marion, Ohio and previously served in a community-based surgery practice in Siler City, North Carolina. Prior to that, Dr. Benedetto spent 13 years on active duty as a surgeon in the U.S. Navy, seeing service with both the Navy and the Marines in Operation Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has also been in private surgical practice in Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Dr. Benedetto provides complete surgery services to adults and children. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
